No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of RC Fails and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

Create a free account at rcfails.com and click the "Enter Free Raffle" button on the active raffle page. One (1) entry per person per raffle. Entries are non-transferable.

Winner Selection

When the maximum number of entries is reached, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by an automated system. The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their RC Fails account.

Prize

The prize is as described on the raffle page. Estimated retail value is listed for reference only. No cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of RC Fails. RC Fails reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification & Claim

The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete a W-9 form if the prize value exceeds $600 USD.

General Conditions

RC Fails reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle at any time. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of RC Fails, which are final and binding in all matters related to the raffle.
